Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned under the following conditions:

• Must be unused, in original condition, and in its complete packaging

• Return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order

• Custom, clearance, or modified items are not eligible unless damaged or defective

Return Procedure

After your request is reviewed, we will send instructions on how to return the item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product arrived defective or there was an order fulfillment error.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns to ensure delivery.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified product fault or our mistake.

Items Arriving Damaged or Incomplete

If your package arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide detailed photos and your order number. We will take steps to replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a separate new order.
